Personal Development of Future Psychologists: Role of Reflection in Structure of Ego Identity

This study examined the ego identity and types of reflection among students faculty Psychology. To problem, research methods used were as follows: Differential Diagnosis Reflection, Method “Per-sonal Identity”, Personality Maturity Questionnaire. Reflection was to diagnose type a stable personality trait. It revealed that prevailing students-psychologists systemic. Systemic only indicator level maturity. Quasi-reflection Introspective did not depend on personal maturity respondents. found Psychology had mainly an average degree congruence identi-ty. Emotional-motivational behavioral components prevailed over cognitive one in structure partici-pants’ identity. Students satisfactory Leading student’s needs defined communication, achieving one's goals professional recognition. Correlation between revealed. With high maturity, valued their abilities, qualities achievements, perceived world people holistically, established deep contacts with people. They strove acquire knowledge about around them, showed flexibility spontaneity behavior, they open new experience relatively independ-ent actions.
